ESU Padova residences in Rovigo

ESU Padova runs 4 residences in Rovigo: Chiarugi (via V. Chiarugi 115), Boara (via Curtatone 112), Commenda (via D. Piva 31) and Duomo (via A. Bonatti 20), the latter being the IDSC student residence. They are public university residences for students, with fees depending on financial situation: from the scholarship-eligible band to the non-eligible band.

Places are allocated through ESU Padova's annual housing competition. For 2026/27 applications are closed and allocations continue as the ranking list moves: check updates on the official website.

Monthly fees 2026/27

From the eligible to the non-eligible band, according to the official ESU price list:

  • Chiarugi: single room €198–390 per month, double €160–315.
  • Boara: single room €173–365 per month, double €135–290.
  • Commenda and Duomo: €165–320 per month.
  • Short stays up to 3 months: +€50 per month for a single and +€30 for a double.

New Diocese student halls

Since September 2026 the Diocese of Rovigo has opened new halls funded by PNRR, about 50 places between Piazza Duomo and Commenda, in agreement with ESU.
